Deep Time Gifts
What Are Deep Time Gifts? Gifts for people that have everything! →→
Deep Time Gifts are natural geological specimens formed millions — and often hundreds of millions — of years before humans existed. Each piece is a fragment of Earth’s ancient story: untouched, unpolished, and carrying the marks of the forces that shaped our planet.
These raw stones make meaningful, lasting gifts for collectors, educators, nature lovers, and anyone who appreciates the quiet power of deep time.
Why Raw Rocks Make Exceptional Gifts
• Everlasting — minerals don’t fade, break down, or lose their meaning
• Authentic — each piece is unique, formed by natural processes
• Educational — perfect for kids, classrooms, and geology enthusiasts
• Decorative — raw minerals add texture and presence to any space
• Symbolic — a gift from the deep past carries weight and intention
Our Collection
Time Frozen offers a curated selection of raw geological specimens sourced from around the world:
• Emerald in matrix — Brazil
• Amethyst clusters and fragments — India
• Obsidian volcanic glass — Brazil
• Agate and moss agate — global sources
• New Zealand finds — West Coast stones with local provenance
Each piece is photographed, measured, and described with scientific clarity and narrative depth.
The Meaning Behind Deep Time
Geologists use the term Deep Time to describe Earth’s vast history — a timeline so long it stretches beyond human imagination. When you hold a raw mineral, you’re touching a moment in that immense story:
• volcanic eruptions
• ancient seas
• mountain‑building events
• slow crystallisation in the dark
• tectonic collisions
A Deep Time Gift is a reminder that we are part of something much older and larger than ourselves.
Perfect for Any Occasion

A raw stone is a gift that doesn’t age, doesn’t expire, and doesn’t follow trends.
